Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung, Steuerung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Marketingteams
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, wiedererkennbaren visuellen Identität über alle Kanäle hinweg
  • Fachliches Zusammenführen und enge operative Zusammenarbeit mit Grafik, Social Media und BackOffice (Team Verkauf, interne Kommunikation)
  • Konzeption und aktive Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Werbemaßnahmen, insbesondere für Arbeitgebermarke und Recruiting und Verkauf
  • Mitgestaltung und Begleitung von internen und externen Events zur erlebbaren Markeninszenierung
  • Einbringen frischer Impulse und selbstständige Umsetzung kreativer Projekte mit hoher Hands on Orientierung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Marke in Zukunftsthemen wie Ladenbau, Performance-Marketing und App-Relaunch

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Handel oder anderen konsumnahen Branchen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands‑on‑Mentalität und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, sich im Unternehmen wirksam zu vernetzen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit macOS
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise auch textliche Kompetenz für Marketing­kommunikation
  • Erfahrung auf Senior‑Level – Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen, Strukturen entwickeln und das Marketing langfristig prägen
