Seit über 100 Jahren widmet sich die vierte Sipl-Generation immer noch mit Hingabe dem Backhandwerk. In der neu umgebauten Panorama-Backstube entstehen die feinen Brote, Semmeln und Brezen, die Torten und Kuchen. Alles, was für unserer 57 Filialen nach traditioneller Art hergestellt wird, erschaffen fleißige Hände.

Bäcker und Konditoren finden bei Sipl ein berufliches Schlaraffenland. Das freundliche und fachkundige Verkaufsteam in den Filialen beantwortet alle Fragen. Deine spannenden Aufgaben als Bezirksleiter (m/w/d):

  • Du bist der zentrale Kontakt für Deine Fachgeschäfte und leitest selbständig einen Verkaufsbezirk.
  • Du führst und berätst unsere Filialleitungen & Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre und optimale Arbeitsbedingungen in den Sip-Filialen steht für Dich im Mittelpunkt.
  • Du motivierst, unterstützt und begeisterst unsere Filial-Team während Deiner regelmäßigen Filial-Besuche.
  • Du optimierst die Filial-Abläufe und setzet unsere Standards rund um Qualität, Hygiene und Kundenberatung erfolgreich um.
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen (u.a. Durchschnittsbon, Stundenleistung, Retourenquote etc.) und leitest daraus die folgerichtigen Maßnahmen ab.
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Branchenerfahrung wünschenswert
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf
  • Flexibilität (auch mal am Wochenende einzuspringen)
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf wünschenswert
  • PC-Kenntnisse (Windows)
  • PKW-Führerschein

Idealerweise hast Du eine Ausbildung im Bäckerhandwerk absolviert und weist mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre!) auf.
