Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind Teil unseres jungen Vertriebsteams und bearbeiten eingehende Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen im Bereich der Konstruktion Kundenlösungen.
  • Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis und vertrieblichen Fachwissen beraten und betreuen Sie unsere Kunden und Interessenten per Telefon, via MS\-Teams oder in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
  • Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Vertrieb Aussendienst und unserer Konstruktionsabteilung.
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützen Sie den kaufmännischen Vertrieb Innendienst.
  • Aus gemeinsamen Zielen leiten Sie Massnahmen ab und tragen zusammen mit dem Vertriebsteam zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie bringen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem technischen Umfeld mit und haben vorzugsweise bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS\-Office und haben Erfahrung mit einem ERP\-System wie beispielsweise Navision oder Business Central.
  • Erfahrung in CAD\-Programmen wie z.B. Solid\-Edge sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt. ösisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse für die Kundenbetreuung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Sie sind eine aufgeweckte Persönlichkeit mit einer selbständigen, kunden\- und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise.
