Naturbørnehaven De 4 Årstider som ligger i det skønne naturområde i Bjergsted, søger en stabil pædagogmedhjælper til en tidsbegrænset stilling pr. 1. jan. 2027. Stillingen er på 30-32 timer og man skal ikke lade sig skræmme af, at stillingen er tidsbegrænset på et år. Pt kommer der til at mangel omkring 4300 personaler i alle landets institutioner pr. 1. jan 2027, men driftstilskuddene er lidt svære at spå om, der skal finansierer udgiften til en ekstra medarbejder. Vi forventer alt nok skal gå efter det første år, og driftstilskuddene lander, så stillingen kan blive en fast stilling fra 2028.

De 4 Årstider er et private dagtilbud med 29 børn fra 2,5 – 6 år og 6 Ansatte. Vi er en institution der vægter udeliv og naturoplevelser.
