Specialbørnehaven Løvetand søger en uddannet pædagog til en fast stilling.

Stillingen er på 32-37 timer

Organisationen Løvetand består af en almen børnehave efter Dagtilbudsloven og en specialbørnehave efter Barnets Lov § 82.stk 1. Løvetand ligger på to matrikler – den ledige stilling er i specialbørnehaven på Seestvej 10 i Kolding, på Anemonestuen, hvor der går syv børn.

Der er fem voksne tilknyttet stuen og samarbejdet med nabostuen er tæt og bygger på team organisering.

Vi tilbyder dig et godt arbejdsmiljø, hvor der er plads til du byder ind og er en tydelig kollega. Samtidig forventer vi, at du starter op med en nysgerrighed på vores kultur og værdier, så du er bekendt med hvad du taler ind i.

Pædagogisk læner vi os op af KRAP, GROW, Neuropædagogik – altså en forståelse for at børn altid gør det bedste de kan. Børnene skal mødes i øjenhøjde og omdrejningspunktet for vores arbejde er børnenes trivsel og udvikling.

Menneskesynet der ligger bag pædagogikken gælder for alle mennesker i vores organisation: børn, medarbejdere, forældre, gæster og ledere.

Du skal som person være tålmodig og du skal frem for alt se barnet og dets kompetencer frem for begrænsninger.

Det er en værdi at atmosfæren og kulturen bærer bræg af venlighed og imødekommenhed overfor alle – at her er rart at være.

Konkrete pædagogiske opgaver – ud over at være den synlige og nærværende voksne i dagligdagen – er at deltage i møder, herunder med forældrene, samt for pædagoguddannede også udarbejdelse af skrifteligt udviklingsmateriale.

Det er ikke et krav du har erfaring inden for området. Du skal blot have nysgerrighed og interessen – og gå på modet.
