Vil du være med til at skabe en spændende og fleksibel arbejdsplads med fokus på børn og unge med særlige behov? Vi søger en eller flere vågne nattevagter til vores højt specialiserede døgntilbud Børnehusene Stjernen, der henvender sig til børn og unge op til 25 år med multiple funktionsnedsættelser og komplekse støttebehov – både pædagogisk og sundhedsfagligt.

Børnehusene Stjernen består af tre afdelinger (Nord, Syd og Vest) med plads til 7–8 børn/unge i hver. Som nattevagt vil du være tilknyttet én afdeling, men blive en del af et tværfagligt fællesskab med stærke faglige ambitioner.

Om os Vi arbejder ud fra en helhedsorienteret og tværfaglig tilgang, hvor pædagogik og sundhed går hånd i hånd. Hos os møder du børn og unge med meget forskellige behov – fra verbal støtte til fuld støtte i alle ADL-funktioner. Fælles for dem alle er, at de har brug for voksne, der ser, forstår og tilpasser sig den enkeltes behov og kommunikation – også når ordene mangler.

Allen børn har som minimum 1:1 støtte natten igennem, så du vil om natten være tæt på kolleger og aldrig stå alene med opgaven.

Om nattevagten Som vågen nattevagt er din vigtigste opgave at sikre en forudsigelig og tryg nat for børnene og de unge. Du skal kunne holde dig vågen og til stede hele natten – og tage aktivt del i både pædagogiske og praktiske opgaver, herunder dokumentation og samarbejde med dag- og aftenvagter.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Har interesse for og gerne erfaring med børn/unge med nedsat funktionsevne (ikke et krav)
  • Trives i et tværfagligt samarbejde og har gode relationelle kompetencer
  • Er rolig, ansvarlig og bevarer overblikket – også i pressede situationer
  • Har mod på at arbejde med børn/unge med alternative kommunikationsformer
  • Er tryg ved dokumentation og IT-systemer

Praktisk info

  • Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på fuldtid
  • Vagterne ligger som udgangspunkt kl. 21.30 – 06.15 og indebærer arbejde hver anden weekend
  • Opstart 1 december eller efter aftale
