Zur Unterstützung des Vertriebs suchen wir eine organisierte, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an administrativen Aufgaben, Kundenkontakt und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen mitbringt. 1 Back Office Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen im Vertriebsalltag

* Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen mithilfe von SAP und entsprechender Kalkulationssoftware

* Telefonische Betreuung der Kund*innen und kompetente Bearbeitung ihrer Anliegen

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und vertriebsbezogenen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise Lehre, HAK, HBLA oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Backoffice, in der Assistenz oder Projektadministration

* Erfahrung in der Energiebranche von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Das Bruttogehalt liegt für Vollzeit bei EUR 3.300 monatlich, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung
