* Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung der Kund:innen bei Fragen und Anliegen am Telefon

* Bearbeitung von technischen Anfragen

* Aktiver Verkauf weiterer Produkte und Services - denn Kundenservice kann verkaufen!

* Dokumentation in der Datenbank

* Du bist zeitlich flexibel und kannst auch am Wochenende arbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Kommunikation und Verkauf ist deine Leidenschaft

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Technikaffinität: Handy, PC & Co sind dein Ding

* Disziplin & Durchhaltevermögen: Du ziehst durch, auch wenn's mal knifflig wird

* Klarheit & Feedback: Du weißt, was du willst, und siehst Feedback als Chance, noch besser zu werden
