Unser Kunde ist Teil eines österreichischen Familienunternehmens mit über 500 Mitarbeiter:innen und zählt zu den führenden Anbietern in der Herstellung von Schlauchleitungen sowie im Vertrieb technischer Komponenten für Hydraulikverbindungen.

Für den neuen Standort in Linz wird eine technisch versierte Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht, die den Aufbau der Industrie-Abteilung aktiv mitgestaltet, Verantwortung übernimmt und ein kleines Team führt. 1 Lagerleiter:in (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufbau und aktive Mitgestaltung des neuen Standorts mit operativer Verantwortung

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Koordination eines Teams von bis zu 5 Mitarbeitern

* Steuerung und Optimierung der täglichen Abläufe am Standort

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere während der Aufbauphase

* Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen

* Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse für den laufenden Betrieb

* Unterstützung bei Kundenbetreuung und eigenständige Kundenbesuche

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Technischer Background, z. B. aus Lager, Produktion, Werkstatt oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion

* Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Abläufen

* Praxis in operativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen neuen Standort aktiv mitzugestalten

* Führerschein Klasse B
