Deine Aufgaben

* Telefonische Betreuung bestehender Business-Kund:innen mit dem Ziel, individuelle Bedürfnisse zu erkennen und passende Lösungen rund um Business- und Digitalprodukte anzubieten

* Aktive Ansprache von Kund:innen sowie gezielte Nutzung von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen

* Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch kompetente Beratung und überzeugende Kommunikation

* Identifikation von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei Bestandskund:innen und Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Vertriebserfolg

Dein Profil

* Freude am telefonischen Outbound-Vertrieb und Motivation, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen

* Idealerweise erste Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise im B2B-Bereich

* Ausgeprägte digitale Affinität und Interesse an modernen Technologien

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse

* Monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.716,14 bei Vollzeit, mit automatischer Erhöhung auf € 3.017,57 brutto nach sechs Monaten
