Capi is actief op nationale en internationale luchthavens, een wereld waarin tempo, service en teamwork het verschil maken. Als HR Business Partner zorg jij ervoor dat onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden de ruimte, begeleiding en ondersteuning krijgen om het beste uit zichzelf en hun teams te halen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de vaste sparringpartner van leidinggevenden en adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Van talent aantrekken en personeelsontwikkeling tot performance management en medewerkersbehoud: jij weet wat er speelt en vertaalt dit naar concrete HR-initiatieven die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd HR-advies, begeleidt verandertrajecten en neemt het initiatief om processen en samenwerking te verbeteren. Je blijft niet alleen adviseren, maar zorgt er ook voor dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Want… Waar de actie is, ben jij betrokken. Je verbindt strategisch HR-beleid met de dagelijkse praktijk en krijgt veel vrijheid om impact te maken. Met korte lijnen en direct contact met de organisatie zie je het resultaat van jouw werk terug op de werkvloer.

Je richt je voornamelijk op onze Nederlandse locaties en bent wekelijks aanwezig in Rotterdam, Schiphol en Eindhoven. Wanneer de shopmanagers van onze internationale locaties jouw hulp nodig hebben, sta je ook voor hen klaar om te adviseren.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een salaris van € 4.500 tot € 5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring, aangevuld met een vaste jaarlijkse kerstbonus en een prestatieafhankelijke bonus;
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • 25 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om extra dagen te verdienen of bij te kopen;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer, tot maximaal 75 kilometer enkele reis;
  • Deelname aan de collectieve pensioenregeling, ondergebracht bij het Nederlands Pensioenfonds;
  • Trainingen en opleidingen die aansluiten bij je functie en ambities;
  • Collectieve verzekeringen, waaronder een arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering en een nabestaandenverzekering.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een brede HR-functie. Bij voorkeur in retail, hospitality of een internationale omgeving;
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week;
  • Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en verbindende instelling. Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en weet HR-beleid om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
  • Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk;
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland (vereist voor de luchthavenpassen).
