Als grosse Siedlungsgenossenschaft prägt sie mit nahezu 2300 Wohnobjekten und einem umfassenden Gewerbeportfolio im Stadtkreis 3 das Leben im Quartier Friesenberg positiv. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich ausgewiesene Person als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in (80\-100%, w/m/d) Unser Bereich Vermietung und Mitglieder erbringt sämtliche Dienstleistungen für unsere Mitglieder von der Wohnungsvermietung bis zum Auszug. Das Team berät unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter im Zusammenhang mit der Wohnungsmiete und als Mitglieder der Genossenschaft, erledigt die anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben und ist für die korrekte Anwendung der internen und externen Reglemente besorgt. Als Mitglied dieses Teams sind sie für die kaufmännische Bewirtschaftung eines Teils unserer Liegenschaften zuständig, wobei Objektabnahmen und \-übergaben durch eine andere Abteilung ausgeführt werden. Ihre Aufgaben Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die kaufmännische Bewirtschaftung eines Teils unserer Liegenschaften und beraten unsere Mietenden umfassend rund um die Vermietung von Wohn\- und Gewerbeobjekten. Sie erstellen eigenständig Mietverträge inkl. aller zugehörigen Korrespondenz und administrativen Abläufe. Dabei stellen Sie die korrekte Anwendung unserer internen und externen Reglemente sicher. Mit Mieteranliegen gehen Sie empathisch um. Gemeinsam im Team stellen Sie die professionelle Bedienung des Empfangs in unserer Verwaltung sicher. Objektabnahmen und \-übergaben koordinieren Sie mit einer anderen Abteilung. Ihre Kompetenzen Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in abgeschlossen, und verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich. Sie verfügen über fundierte IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse in MS\-Office sowie Tools zur Liegenschaftsverwaltungen (idealerweise RIMO). Sie arbeiten strukturiert und setzen die richtigen Prioritäten, verstehen sich als Teamplayer/in und sind offen für Veränderungen.
