The posting

Do projektu realizowanego dla dużej organizacji z sektora finansowego poszukujemy Software Developera (AI), który dołączy do zespołu rozwijającego rozwiązania GenAI wspierające procesy tworzenia i testowania oprogramowania. To nie jest projekt na etapie samego researchu. Zespół wdraża już pierwsze rozwiązania AI produkcyjnie, a kolejne use case’y są rozwijane i weryfikowane poprzez PoC. Pierwszym obszarem, przy którym będzie pracować nowa osoba, jest Agent AI wspierający identyfikację i rozwiązywanie defektów w systemach IT.

Zakres obowiązków

• Projektowanie, rozwój i wdrażanie rozwiązań GenAI/LLM wspierających procesy SDLC • Budowa agentów AI oraz rozwiązań wykorzystujących RAG i mechanizmy agentowe • Analiza wymagań biznesowych i technicznych oraz przekładanie ich na rozwiązania IT • Tworzenie integracji pomiędzy systemami i komponentami aplikacyjnymi • Współpraca z biznesem, testerami, analitykami IT, architektami, developerami i DevOps • Rozwój, optymalizacja i utrzymanie wdrożonych rozwiązań AI

Czego oczekujemy?

• Dobrej, praktycznej znajomości Pythona • Komercyjnego doświadczenia w tworzeniu rozwiązań wykorzystujących GenAI/LLM • Praktycznej znajomości frameworków wykorzystywanych do budowy aplikacji lub agentów LLM, np. LangChain/LangGraph lub porównywalnych rozwiązań • Znajomości koncepcji RAG i rozwiązań agentowych • Doświadczenia w analizie wymagań biznesowych i technicznych oraz samodzielnym projektowaniu rozwiązania • Dobrej znajomości SQL i relacyjnych baz danych, np. Oracle, MSSQL lub PostgreSQL • Znajomości UML/BPMN • Podstawowej znajomości Java i JavaScript • Podstawowej znajomości zagadnień Big Data • Minimum 2 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w IT/developmencie • Angielskiego umożliwiającego pracę z dokumentacją techniczną

Mile widziane

• Praktyczne doświadczenie z RAG i agentic AI • Doświadczenie z LangGraph lub Pydantic AI • Doświadczenie w test automation/QA lub rozwiązaniach wspierających proces testowania • Doświadczenie z produkcyjnymi rozwiązaniami GenAI • Praca z modelami open source oraz rozwiązaniami działającymi on premise • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym lub innym środowisku regulowanym
