* Objetivo do trabalho: O Auxiliar Conferente é responsável por garantir a precisão e a qualidade dos produtos que entram e saem da loja. Este profissional atua diretamente no processo de conferência de notas fiscais e mercadorias, assegurando que todas as operações sejam realizadas de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa. O objetivo é contribuir para a eficiência logística e a satisfação do cliente.

* Responsabilidades:

o profissional responsável por garantir a precisão de todo o fluxo de entrada e saída de mercadorias, atuando diretamente para evitar furos de estoque e erros logísticos. No dia a dia, ele acompanha o recebimento de cargas de pneus de linhas leve e pesada, realizando a checagem física dos itens e validando se a quantidade, os modelos e as especificações batem exatamente com as Notas Fiscais, além de inspecionar visualmente se os produtos apresentam alguma avaria. Na expedição, ele confere minuciosamente os pedidos separados para abastecer as lojas ou clientes, garantindo que o caminhão seja carregado com os pneus corretos antes da saída. A rotina também envolve a etiquetagem e identificação de mercadorias, o endereçamento correto nos porta-paletes, o apontamento imediato de divergências para a liderança e a participação ativa em inventários e contagens periódicas do estoque. Por se tratar de um grande centro logístico que movimenta produtos pesados, é uma função dinâmica que exige excelente atenção aos detalhes, organização extrema e boa disposição física para a movimentação das peças

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em conferência de notas fiscais e mercadorias, com entendimento básico das operações logísticas.

- Habilidade em lidar com sistemas de controle de estoque, preferencialmente.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de se comunicar efetivamente com colegas e superiores.

- Proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

** Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

** Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções similares será considerada um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória. Estágios ou experiências informais em áreas de logística ou atendimento ao cliente também são válidos.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em logística e processos de conferência. Familiaridade com operações de estoque e capacidade de resolver questões simples relacionadas ao fluxo de mercadorias.
