Com mais de 12 anos de experiência no mercado, a empresa combina produtos de alta durabilidade com um atendimento especializado, garantindo segurança e conforto aos seus clientes.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O vendedor interno será responsável por auxiliar na comercialização de pneus no atacado, promovendo os produtos da B2 Pneus e estabelecendo relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes. Atuará realizando ligações diárias, visando atender às necessidades dos clientes e contribuir para o crescimento das vendas da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar vendas ativas por telefone, oferecendo informações sobre produtos e serviços, e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre os pneus e a tecnologia automotiva.

- Processar pedidos de venda e gerenciar o fluxo das solicitações, garantindo a correta documentação e acompanhamento das entregas.

- Auxiliar na prospecção de novos clientes e na manutenção da base de clientes existente, buscando entender suas necessidades e proporcionando soluções adequadas.

- Colaborar com a equipe de vendas no cumprimento das metas estabelecidas, reportando resultados e sugestões de melhorias à gerência.

- Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado e as informações dos produtos atualizadas, apoiando na exposição e reposição de mercadorias.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com habilidade para compreender e resolver problemas simples relacionados a produtos.

- Habilidades de comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com clientes e equipe interna.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e em um ambiente dinâmico, gerenciando multitarefas com eficiência.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Desejável experiência minina de 1 anos em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente, mesmo que seja em estágios ou atividades acadêmicas, que demonstre habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

*Tipo de contrato: CLT Efetivo

* Salário: R$ 2.127,00 + COMISSÃO
