* Objetivo do trabalho: O vendedor PCR é responsável por atender clientes, apresentar produtos e realizar vendas de pneus. O profissional deve garantir uma experiência de compra positiva, esclarecendo dúvidas e oferecendo soluções adequadas às necessidades dos clientes. A função é essencial para fortalecer a presença da B2 Pneus no mercado e contribuir para o crescimento das vendas.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar vendas ativas e receptivas por telefone e WhatsApp.
  • Prospecção de novos clientes do segmento B2B (oficinas mecânicas, frotistas e lojistas).
  • Reativação de clientes da base que estão sem comprar.
  • Elaboração de orçamentos, negociação de preços, prazos e condições de pagamento.
  • Acompanhamento do pedido desde o fechamento até a entrega final ao cliente.
  • Registro de interações e atualização dos dados cadastrais dos clientes no sistema CRM.
  • Eventualmente, junto com o gestor, realizar visitar presenciais
  • Colaborar com a equipe interna para assegurar a disponibilidade de produtos e dar suporte em promoções e ações de vendas.
  • Criar relacionamentos de confiança com clientes, visando à fidelização e ao aumento das vendas no longo prazo.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e vendas, familiaridade com produtos automotivos, especialmente pneus será um diferencial
  • Habilidades de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com diferentes perfis de clientes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e manter um ambiente colaborativo, contribuindo para o bom relacionamento com outros colaboradores.
  • Habilidade em resolver problemas e tomar decisões rápidas e precisas em situações diversas.
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência prévia em vendas ou atendimento é obrigatória. Estágios ou trabalhos anteriores na área comercial serão considerados
  • Conhecimento prático sobre pneus e suas especificações é desejável, mas a empresa oferece treinamento.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de informática, como sistemas de vendas e planilhas.
  • Capacidade de lidar com multitarefas e priorizar atividades em um ambiente dinâmico.

Contratação: CLT efetivo

Salário: 2.250,00 + comissão
