* Objetivo do trabalho: O vendedor interno atua no atendimento ao cliente, proporcionando informações sobre produtos e realizando vendas de pneus. O profissional será responsável por entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções adequadas, contribuindo para o crescimento da empresa e a satisfação do consumidor.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Vendas linha pesada.

- Realiza atendimento, esclarecendo dúvidas e oferecendo informações sobre produtos e serviços relacionados a pneus

-Realiza vendas ativas por telefones

- Processa as vendas, registra pedidos e fornece informações sobre condições de pagamento e entrega, garantindo a satisfação e a fidelização do cliente.

- Mantém o ambiente de trabalho organizado e atraente

Colabora com a equipe para alcançar as metas de vendas estabelecidas, participando de treinamentos e reuniões para aprimorar o conhecimento sobre os produtos.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente, capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz para entender e responder às necessidades dos consumidores.

- Habilidades em vendas e negociação, com foco na superação de metas e na construção de relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes.

- Noções básicas de informática para gerenciamento de sistemas de vendas e controle de estoque.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo. Cursos ou capacitações na área de vendas e atendimento ao cliente são um diferencial.

- Experiência anterior em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente, mesmo que em estágio, é valorizada, contribuindo para um desempenho mais eficiente nas funções.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em produtos automotivos e capacidade de entender termos e conceitos relacionados a pneus.

- Facilidade em lidar com ferramentas de informática e sistemas de vendas.

- Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo.

Contrato: Efetivo CLT

Salário R$ 2250,00 + comissão
