* Objetivo do trabalho: O vendedor varejo é responsável por proporcionar uma experiência de compra excepcional ao cliente, oferecendo orientação sobre produtos, esclarecendo dúvidas e realizando vendas conforme as necessidades dos consumidores. O papel é fundamental para garantir que os clientes saiam satisfeitos e bem-informados sobre as opções de pneus e serviços disponíveis.

* Responsabilidades:

- Atender clientes de forma cordial e profissional, oferecendo suporte na escolha de pneus e acessórios automotivos.

- Realizar vendas, processar transações e garantir um correto controle de estoque e organização da loja.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos da empresa e do setor automotivo, a fim de fornecer informações precisas e confiáveis aos clientes.

- Colaborar com a equipe para atingir as metas de vendas estabelecidas, contribuindo para o crescimento da loja.

- Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com colegas e supervisores, reportando questões administrativas e de atendimento.

Requisitos:

-Sexo masculino

- Experiência anterior em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente é um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória. Estágios ou trabalhos temporários na área de varejo serão considerados

- Habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

- Foco em metas/resiliente e dinâmico.

- Proatividade e disposição para aprender sobre o setor automotivo, especialmente sobre pneus e suas tecnologias.

-Ensino Médio completo.

-Conhecimento prático: familiaridade suficiente com o atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas para entender as necessidades dos consumidores e fornecer aconselhamento adequado, realizar operações financeiras básicas, conhecimento em pacote office/informática.

* Tipo de contrato: CLT Efetivo.

* Salário:R$ 2132,00 + Comissão
