Vi söker en engagerad och serviceinriktad person till rollen som Hospitality & Events Coordinator. Du vill skapa välkomnande och professionella upplevelser för klienter, medarbetare och besökare. Du trivs med att planera och samordna praktiska detaljer, ge god service och se till att allt fungerar smidigt före, under och efter olika aktiviteter och evenemang.

Rollen passar dig som är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och tycker om att samarbeta med många olika personer. Du har ett öga för detaljer och kan hantera flera uppgifter parallellt utan att tappa fokus på helhetsupplevelsen.

Om rollen

Som Hospitality & Events Coordinator ansvarar du för praktisk planering och samordning av hospitality och evenemang. Du bidrar till att lokaler, service och andra förberedelser är på plats och att deltagare får ett professionellt och välkomnande bemötande.

Du samarbetar med kollegor från vår bemanningsavdelning och kommer vara placerad ute hos en av våra större kunder. Du kommer arbeta i ett team samt samverka med externa kontakter för att förstå behov, koordinera detaljer och hantera ändringar som kan uppstå. Rollen kräver god planeringsförmåga, tydlig kommunikation och en flexibel inställning när förutsättningarna förändras.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Planera och samordna praktiska förberedelser inför möten, besök och evenemang
  • Förbereda lokaler och säkerställa att relevant material och utrustning finns på plats
  • Välkomna och hjälpa klienter, medarbetare och besökare
  • Samordna information och önskemål med kollegor och externa leverantörer
  • Följa upp bokningar, tidsplaner och praktiska detaljer
  • Hantera ändringar och lösa praktiska frågor på ett serviceinriktat sätt
  • Bidra till att gemensamma utrymmen och eventmiljöer är välkomnande och välorganiserade
  • Utföra relaterade administrativa och koordinerande uppgifter vid behov

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för service, hospitality och evenemang. Du är van vid att organisera uppgifter, kommunicera med olika människor och följa upp detaljer. Erfarenhet från hospitality, eventkoordinering, reception, kundservice eller administration är meriterande.
