The posting

Als Internal Sales | Project Coordinator begeleid je klanten bij de uitwerking en opvolging van hun projecten, van de eerste aanvraag tot en met de levering. Je werkt offertes uit, adviseert klanten over mogelijke oplossingen en stemt af met de interne afdelingen. Daarbij ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel commerciële als technische vragen, voor de Franstalige of Italiaanse markt.

Jouw rol:

  • je ontvangt en analyseert projectaanvragen van klanten en accountmanagers
  • je werkt projecten uit en stemt de technische uitwerking af met de CAD-tekenaars
  • je adviseert klanten over de meest geschikte oplossingen, rekening houdend met ontwerp, technische mogelijkheden en budget
  • je stelt offertes op en volgt deze verder op bij de klant
  • je geeft orders door en stemt de planning en levering af met productie en logistiek
  • je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun projecten en bespreekt eventuele wijzigingen of alternatieven
  • je bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor technische en commerciële vragen
  • je volgt trends en ontwikkelingen binnen jouw markt op en deelt relevante ideeën met de R&D-afdeling
  • je neemt deel aan salesmeetings en geeft feedback over jouw regio en klantenportefeuille
  • je volgt samen met de accountmanager commerciële opportuniteiten op
  • je registreert en beheert relevante klant- en projectinformatie in het CRM-systeem
  • je ondersteunt collega's binnen het internal sales team waar nodig
  • je bent in het bezit van minstens een bachelordiploma
  • je hebt affiniteit met/interesse in technische producten
  • je bent communicatief sterk en hebt commercieel inzicht
  • je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • je denkt klantgericht en oplossingsgericht en neemt zelf initiatief
  • je weet prioriteiten te stellen en blijft rustig wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen
  • je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheden opnemen
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en/of Italiaans
