The posting

Als Quality Coordinator sta je mee in voor de kwaliteitsbewaking binnen een productieomgeving. Je combineert dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles met het opvolgen van verbeterprojecten, audits en kwaliteitsdossiers. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met productie, R&D en sales en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen.

Jouw rol:

  • samen met een collega uitvoeren en opvolgen van dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles in productie
  • opvolgen en realiseren van kwaliteits-, product- en procesverbeteringen
  • ondersteunen van de productie- en verpakkingsafdeling bij kwaliteitsvragen en specifieke dossiers
  • coördineren van interne audits en klantenaudits en up-to-date houden van bijhorende documentatie en registraties
  • zelfstandig opnemen en opvolgen van projecten binnen kwaliteit
  • ondersteunen van de R&D-afdeling bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsprotocollen
  • ondersteunen van de salesafdeling bij kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen van klanten en prospecten
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de kwaliteitsafdelingen bij klanten, zowel bij de opstart als tijdens de verdere opvolging van dossiers
  • administratief opvolgen van klantendossiers in overleg met Internal Sales
  • behandelen en opvolgen van kwaliteitsklachten, met aandacht voor correcte registratie, volledige dossiers en duidelijke communicatie
  • nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen en voortdurend aandacht hebben voor veiligheid en welzijn op de werkvloer
  • rapporteren aan de CEO
  • je beschikt over een technisch bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling in een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen een productiebedrijf
  • je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office 365, waaronder Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook en Teams
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels
  • je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • je beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en denkt doelgericht mee over verbeteringen
  • je werkt pragmatisch en betrekt de juiste collega's en afdelingen bij het oplossen van problemen
  • je neemt graag initiatief en gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg
