Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn. Samen met een collega Warehouse Supervisor stuur je de teamleaders aan en draag je indirect verantwoordelijkheid voor een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Je combineert people management met operationele opvolging en werkt actief mee aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle logistieke werking.

Jouw rol:

  • samen met een collega Warehouse Supervisor aansturen en ondersteunen van de teamleaders binnen het magazijn
  • indirect leidinggeven aan een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers, met aandacht voor coaching, motivatie en ontwikkeling
  • bewaken van de dagelijkse magazijnwerking en transportactiviteiten en zorgen voor een vlotte organisatie
  • opvolgen van operationele prestaties en toezien op het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen
  • bewaken van de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie binnen de logistieke processen
  • analyseren van bestaande processen en identificeren van mogelijkheden tot verbetering
  • meewerken aan structurele optimalisaties en investeringen binnen de logistieke organisatie
  • opvolgen en oplossen van operationele problemen en klachten, met aandacht voor duurzame oplossingen
  • nauw samenwerken met de Warehouse Manager, je collega Supervisor en verschillende interne afdelingen
  • je hebt een eerste relevante leidinggevende ervaring opgebouwd, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving
  • je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je bent een mensgerichte leidinggevende die medewerkers weet te coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling
  • je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met organisatorisch inzicht en behoudt het overzicht over de dagelijkse werking
  • je analyseert situaties snel, neemt doordachte beslissingen en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne afdelingen
  • je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en continue verbetering
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt aandacht voor veiligheid en blijft rustig onder druk
  • je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een gedegen kennis van het Frans
