Babylonstoren is op soek na ’n betroubare, hardwerkende en praktiese Algemene Onderhoudswerker om algemene herstelwerk en voorkomende instandhouding te verrig. Die geskikte kandidaat moet fisies fiks wees, ’n goeie oog vir detail hê en take veilig en volgens ’n hoë standaard kan voltooi.

Vereistes:

  • Matrieksertifikaat
  • Geldige Suid-Afrikaanse identiteitsdokument
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie
  • Geen kriminele rekord nie
  • Goeie mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans
  • Fisies fiks en bereid om handearbeid te verrig
  • Betroubaar, stiptelik en verantwoordelik

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Doen daaglikse inspeksies van geboue, kamers, fasiliteite en buite-areas om onderhoudsprobleme te identifiseer.
  • Voer algemene herstelwerk en voorkomende instandhouding uit.
  • Herstel en onderhou deure, slotte, skarniere, handvatsels en ander hardeware.
  • Verrig basiese loodgieterwerk, insluitend die identifisering en herstel van klein lekkasies en probleme met krane en toilette.
  • Verrig basiese elektriese onderhoud binne die kandidaat se bevoegdheid en volgens toepaslike veiligheidsvereistes.
  • Doen algemene verfwerk, afrondingswerk en herstelwerk aan beskadigde oppervlaktes.
  • Herstel en vervang skroewe, boute, bevestigings en ander algemene komponente.
  • Monteer, installeer en herstel algemene toerusting en ander items waar nodig.
  • Help met die instandhouding van gebou-infrastruktuur en fasiliteite.
  • Assisteer met groter onderhoudsprojekte en noodherstelwerk wanneer nodig.
  • Identifiseer potensiële probleme voordat dit tot groter onderhouds- of veiligheidsrisiko’s lei.
  • Rapporteer foutiewe toerusting, skade en onderhoudsprobleme aan die onderhoudstoesighouer of bestuurder.
  • Volg werkopdragte en verseker dat take betyds en volgens die vereiste standaard voltooi word.
  • Hou werksareas, gereedskap en toerusting netjies en in ’n goeie toestand.
  • Gebruik alle gereedskap en toerusting korrek en veilig.
