Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal 'n sleutelrol vervul in die daaglikse bestuur van produksiespanne en die koördinering van alle operasionele aktiwiteite binne ons sitrusbedryf.   • Beplan, organiseer en monitor alle daaglikse sitrusproduksie-aktiwiteite, insluitend snoei, besproeiing, bemesting, gewasbeskerming, vruguitdunning, oes en ander seisoenale take.
  • Hou toesig oor die effektiewe benutting van arbeid, toerusting en ander produksiehulpbronne.
  • Verseker dat alle werksaamhede volgens die vereiste gehalte-, produktiwiteits-, voedselveiligheids-, gesondheids-, veiligheids- en omgewingstandaarde uitgevoer word.
  • Bestuur die administrasie wat met produksie verband hou, insluitend arbeidsrekords, tyd- en bywoningsadministrasie, produksieverslae, taakbeplanning en ander operasionele dokumentasie.
  • Monitor daaglikse produktiwiteit en rapporteer oor spanprestasie, produksievordering en operasionele uitdagings.
  • Identifiseer opleidingsbehoeftes en ondersteun die ontwikkeling van produksiespanne.
  • Werk nou saam met produksiebestuurders om produksieplanne suksesvol te implementeer en voortdurende verbetering te bevorder.

Minimum vereistes:

  • 3–5 jaar relevante ervaring in kommersiële sitrusproduksie of 'n soortgelyke landbou-omgewing.
  • Ervaring in die leiding van produksiespanne en die bestuur van daaglikse operasionele aktiwiteite.
  • Goeie administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede.
  • Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid, insluitend Microsoft Office. Ervaring met landbou- of arbeidsbestuurstelsels sal voordelig wees.
  • Goeie kommunikasie-, probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
