Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Wirkstoffherstellung & Lyophilisation suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Chemie-& Pharmatechnologe im Schichtbetrieb (a), in Vollzeit. Für eine strukturierte und umfassende Einarbeitung arbeiten Sie während der ersten drei Monate im Tagesdienst. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Einarbeitungsphase wechseln Sie in den regulären 6-4 Schichtbetrieb (6 Tage Arbeit - 4 Tage frei).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Produktionsarbeiten im Reinraum inkl. Arbeiten im Isolator mit hochwirksamen Wirkstoffen
  • Bedienung, Überwachung, Rüstung und Reinigung von Produktionsanlagen (insbesondere Lyophilisatoren) unter GMP-Bedingungen
  • Vorbereitung des Reinraums und Bereitstellung von Materialien, Equipment und Arbeitsmitteln vor Produktionsbeginn
  • GMP-konforme Durchführung und lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte (Herstellvorschriften, Batchdokumentation, Logbücher)
  • Sicherer und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Wirk- und Gefahrstoffen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften (SGU)
  • Selbstständige Organisation des Arbeitsbereichs, proaktives Erkennen von Abweichungen sowie Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe/-login EFZ (oder vergleichbar) oder mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktionsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsverständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Reinraumproduktion; Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Isolatoren sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum 6-4 Schichtbetrieb (6 Tage Arbeit - 4 Tage frei)
