Um die ansteigende Zahl an Aufträgen ausführen zu können, erweitern wir derzeit unseren Standort in Bubendorf um das künftig global modernste Peptid- und Oligonukleotid-Produktionsgebäude. Als Teil der Bachem Gruppe leisten Sie Ihren individuellen Beitrag zur Herstellung von lebensrettenden Wirkstoffen.

Wir suchen eine/n Group Leader im analytischen GMP-Umfeld. In dieser abwechslungsreichen und interdisziplinären Funktion besteht die Hauptaufgabe in der Führung und Entwicklung eines kompetenten und engagierten Teams. Exzellentes analytisches Know-how und hervorragende Führungsqualitäten bilden Ihre Basis für ein erfolgreiches Wirken. Als strategisch denkende Führungskraft gestalten Sie die Entwicklung ihres Teams aktiv. Sie tragen Verantwortung für die korrekte und fristgerechte Bearbeitung von Batchfreigaben, Validierungen und Stabilitätsanalysen. Durch besonders ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und Prozessverständnis sind Sie in der Lage, die eigene Aufgabe in den übergeordneten Kontext einzubetten und bei Terminkonflikten sinnvoll zu priorisieren.Zudem sind Sie engagiert an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen beteiligt.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar fundierte analytische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im industriellen, pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Expertise in (U)HPLC-Analytik im GMP-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und ein modernes Verständnis von Strukturen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Compliance im analytischen GMP-Umfeld und den zugrunde liegenden Regelwerken (USP, Ph. Eur.)
  • Engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Spass an der Arbeit mit Menschen hat
  • Kommunikatives und gut strukturiertes Organisationstalent
  • Vorleben einer fortschrittlichen Empowerment- und Innovationskultur
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
