Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Wirkstoffproduktion suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Lab Technician R&D (a), 100%. In unserem Produktionsbetrieb stellen Sie pharmazeutische Peptide unter GMP-Bedienungen her. Über die praxisorientierte Einarbeitung werden Sie die notwendige Sicherheit gewinnen, um selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich an unseren Produktionsanlagen zu arbeiten. Dabei packen Sie gerne tatkräftig mit an und haben Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Laborversuchen
  • Entwickeln und optimieren des Herstellprozesses von der Synthese über die Aufreinigung bis zum finalen Wirkstoff sowie die Herstellung von Peptiden, teilweise unter GMP
  • Verantwortung für die Analyse der Experimente und Interpretation von Ergebnissen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung unseres Equipments und der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Unterhalt der Laborinfrastruktur
  • lnvolvierung in Scale-up Projekte und Optimierung des Herstellungsverfahrens sowie Bewertung neuer Technologien und Reagenzien
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (EFZ) / Bachelor in Life Science oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
  • Freude an der präparativen organischen Chemie in einem innovativen Umfeld
  • Flair für den Umgang mit technischen Anlagen und Software
  • Eine strukturierte, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Kommunikation und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2 Level), Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
