Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften.

Für die Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten im analytischen GMP-Umfeld suchen wir eine/n Scientific Writer Quality Control. In dieser abwechslungsreichen und interdisziplinären Funktion bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren analytischen Laborgruppen, den analytischen Projektmanagern, dem regulatorischen Bereich und der Qualitätssicherung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständiges Erstellen sämtlicher Dokumente im analytischen Bereich, wie z.B. Validierungs- und Stabilitätsdokumente, Analysen- und Arbeitsvorschriften, sowie Template
  • Ständige Pflege und Verbesserung von Templaten
  • Proaktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung von Dokumentenprozessen
  • Sicherstellen des Informationsflusses zwischen den verschiedenen Schnittstellen, sowie aktive Mitarbeit in Projektteams
  • Termingerechte Fertigstellung der Dokumente
  • Arbeiten mit dem Labor-Informations-Management-System (LIMS)
  • Arbeiten mit automatisiertem Stabilitäts-Datensystem (z.B. StudyGen)
  • Arbeiten mit Chromatographie-Software (Chromeleon)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder analoge Erfahrung (z. B. Fachausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung)
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Office Programmen, insbesondere mit Microsoft-Anwendungen und deren erweiterten Funktionen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Qualitätsbewusste, exakte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein Flair und Interesse an Digitalisierungsprozessen, speziell im Dokumentenumfeld
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit grossem Interesse an Verbesserungen jeglicher Art im Dokumentenumfeld
  • Berufserfahrung in einem GxP-Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Fachwissen im analytischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Labor-Informations- und Management-System (LIMS)
  • Erfahrung mit einem Dokumenten Management System von Vorteil (z.B. MasterControl oder Veeva)
