Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Scientist QC (a) (80 - 100%).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Analyse von Ausgangsmaterialien für GMP-Synthesen sowie peptid- und oligonukleotidbasierten Wirkstoffen
  • Auswertung, Interpretation und GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Analysedaten
  • Anwendung spektroskopischer Methoden zur Quantifizierung, Charakterisierung und Stabilitätsuntersuchung von Proben
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung von Analysemethoden
  • Kritische Bewertung und Plausibilisierung analytischer Ergebnisse
  • Durchführung von Routineanalysen unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Projektaufgaben sowie Betreuung analytischer Geräte
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Messservices und Koordination von Analyseaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Entwicklungsberichten, SOPs und Analysenanleitungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Analyse- und Entwicklungsprojekten sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsumfelds und der Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Promotion in Chemie, Biochemie, analytischer Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der analytischen Untersuchung von Peptiden, Proteinen, Oligonukleotiden oder verwandten Biomolekülen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der NMR-Spektroskopie zur Analyse und Charakterisierung von Biomolekülen
  • Idealerweise zusätzliche Expertise in weiteren spektroskopischen, biophysikalischen oder analytischen Methoden
  • Erste Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Analytik, biophysikalischen Charakterisierung oder Methodenentwicklung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit qualitätsrelevanten Prozessen wünschenswert
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Techniken wie SEC-MALS, DLS, ThT-Assay, CD, SEM oder Rheometrie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Auswertung analytischer Daten sowie im Umgang mit entsprechender Fachsoftware
  • Strukturierte, qualitätsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit analytischem Denkvermögen und Freude an komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Offene, kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und der aktiven Mitgestaltung eines wachsenden Fachgebiets
