Leiter/in Werkstatt (100%) ------------------------------

Aufgaben

Sie führen unser Werkstatt\- und Siloreinigungsteam mit vier Mitarbeitenden und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Lastwagen und Auflieger sicher und einsatzbereit sind. Sie planen und überwachen Wartungen, Reparaturen und gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Fahrzeugprüfungen. Sie koordinieren Personal, Material und Ersatzteile, kümmern sich um den Unterhalt unserer Anlagen und Infrastruktur und arbeiten eng mit der Disposition und der Geschäftsleitung zusammen. Auch die praktische Ausbildung unserer Lernenden im ersten Lehrjahr gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

* Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als LKW\-Mechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Lastwagen oder anderen Nutzfahrzeugen
  • Organisationstalent, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Team\-Führung
  • Interesse an neuen Fahrzeugtechnologien und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
  • Führerausweis der Kategorien B, C und CE
  • Erfahrung in der Teamleitung ist von Vorteil
