## Job Summary The Backend Developer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic and architecture for applications. This role is essential for ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The Backend Developer will work collaboratively with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to create seamless and efficient applications that meet user needs and business objectives.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop backend components and services to support application functionalities. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability to handle high traffic loads. - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code to maintain quality standards. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in backend development. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js. - Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Understanding of agile development methodologies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
