## Job Summary The Backend Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side components of web applications. This role is crucial for ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js. - Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of server, networking, and hosting environments. - Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

## Preferred Skills - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of microservices architecture. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
