Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Erstellung und Koordination des monatlichen Reporting Packages für den Konzern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Konzernstellen für 2 Firmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO
  • Ausbau und Optimierung des Management\-Reporting als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management
  • Unterstützung des CFO‘s bei den Jahresabschlussarbeiten / Auditvorbereitungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung der jährlichen Inventur
  • Fachliche Stellvertretung des CFO in sämtlichen Reporting\- und Controlling\-Angelegenheiten

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling. Dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Erfahrung im industriellen Finanzcontrolling sind Sie mit den Anforderungen des Konzernreportings und der Erstellung von Reporting Packages bestens vertraut.

Zudem bringen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen sowie in der Jahresabschlusserstellung mit. Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift, verfügen über sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und sind im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen versiert.

Kenntnisse der Konsolidierungssoftware Frango sind von Vorteil. Sie überzeugen durch analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Eine ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität, Teamgeist und eine gesunde Portion Humor sowie «kick\-start» Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.
