Wir sind ein mittelständisches Bäckerei-Unternehmen aus Monheim am Rhein mit Tradition und Leidenschaft für handwerkliche Qualität. In unseren 30 Filialen zwischen Düsseldorf und Bergisch Gladbach bieten wir unseren Kunden täglich frische, hochwertige Backwaren sowie freundlichen Kundenservice.

Für die Betreuung von zehn unserer Filialen suchen wir eine motivierte Bezirksverkaufsleitung (m/w/d), die unser Team unterstützt und mit uns wächst.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die operative und strategische Leitung der Filialen in Ihrem Bezirk
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Verkaufsteams
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes
  • Sicherstellung der Filialstandards in Qualität, Hygiene und Kundenservice
  • Umsatz- und Kostenverantwortung für Ihre Filialen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit im Verkauf und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter-/innen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäckereifachverkäufer/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation innerhalb der Bäckereibranche
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bäckereibranche, idealerweise bereits als Bezirksverkaufsleiter/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition mit Verantwortung für mehrere Filialen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, unsere Filialen regelmäßig vor Ort zu betreuen
