Manager Internationalisierung Südostasien und Ostasien (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützten die baden-württembergische Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft bei der Internationalisierung sowie Kontaktpflege und -aufbau in Südostasien und Ostasien
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die Recherche von fach- und landesspezifischen Themen sowie das Monitoring von Trends und Entwicklungen in Südostasien und Ostasien
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Internationalisierung der baden-württembergischen Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft sowie von Fachveranstaltungen und Events, bei denen Sie auch selbst als Wissensträger auftreten
  • Sie entwickeln zielgerichtete Maßnahmen des Standortmarketings zur internationalen Positionierung Baden-Württembergs als innovativen Wirtschafts- und Wissenschaftsstandort und setzen diese im In- und Ausland um
  • Sie pflegen bestehende Netzwerke und bauen strategische Kontakte im In- und Ausland weiter aus
  • Sie arbeiten bei der Mitgestaltung und Kommunikation der Digitalisierung von Unterstützungsangeboten des Bereichs Internationalisierung mit
  • Sie übernehmen bei Bedarf Projekte in anderen Länderbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Wissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom) in einer für die Aufgabe relevanten Studienrichtung
  • Kenntnisse der Regionen Südostasien und Ostasien oder Auslandserfahrung in einem südostasiatischen oder ostasiatischen Land; Kenntnisse unserer Fokusländer Vietnam, Indonesien, Japan und/oder Südkorea sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in deutscher und englischer Sprache; Kenntnisse einer weiteren südostasiatischen oder ostasiatischen Sprache – insbesondere Vietnamesisch, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanisch oder Koreanisch – sind von Vorteil
  • Routine im professionellen Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und versierter Umgang mit den unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartnern
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Projekt- und Veranstaltungsmanagement/-design und gute Selbstorganisation im Umgang mit parallelen Aufgaben und Projekten
  • Flexibilität, eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (inner- und außereuropäisch)
