What We're Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and technicians.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document and communicate testing observations and results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education in Mechanical Technology, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a mechanical testing, laboratory, manufacturing, product development, or engineering support environment.
  • Experience using precision measurement tools and laboratory instrumentation preferred.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation preferred.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work directly with engineers on innovative products, gain exposure to product development and testing, and help deliver solutions that make a real impact. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
