Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung der internen Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards, Aufrechterhaltung der Produktsicherheit sowie Sicherung von Richtlinien (HACCP)
  • Koordination aller bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementprozesse in Abstimmung mit den internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Deklarations- und Kennzeichnungsfragen sowie lebensmittelrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Koordination des Probenversandes und Beurteilung der Analyseergebnisse
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen Audits, Lieferanten- und Kundenaudits
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Qualitätskontrolle in den Filialen anhand vorgegebener Richtlinien
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten und Behörden in allen Qualitätsfragen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit QM-Systemen in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse aus der Backwarenbranche
  • Hohe Qualitätsaffinität und akribische Vorgehens- und Arbeitsweise
  • HACCP-Kenntnisse
  • Mikrobiologische Grundkenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
