Seit über 100 Jahren widmet sich die vierte Sipl-Generation mit Leidenschaft dem traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk. In unserer neu umgebauten Panorama-Backstube entstehen feine Brote, Semmeln, Brezen, Torten und Kuchen – alles in echter Handarbeit und mit Liebe zum Detail.

In unseren 57 Filialen begeistern täglich über 700 Mitarbeitende im Verkauf, in der Backstube und der Verwaltung unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Die Bäckerei Sipl bietet Dir einen zukunftssicheren Arbeitsplatz, bei dem Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Weiterbildung gefördert werden.

Werde Teil unseres Teams – als Filialleitung, stellvertretende Filialleitung oder Verkäufer (m/w/d) in Parsberg, Kelheim, Bad Abbach, Saal oder Neustadt!

Deine Aufgaben als Verkäufer (m/w/d):

  • Freundliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundschaft
  • Verkauf und Kassieren von Backwaren, inkl. Annahme von Bestellungen
  • Ansprechende Warenpräsentation und Auffüllen der Auslage
  • Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sauberkeitsstandards
  • Unterstützung beim Warenmanagement und der Nachbestellung

Deine Aufgaben als stellvertretende Filialleitung (m/w/d):

  • Alle Aufgaben einer Verkäufer/in (siehe oben)
  • Unterstützung der Filialleitung bei Organisation und Abläufen
  • Vertretung der Filialleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Führung und Motivation des Teams vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei Dienstplanerstellung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender

Deine Aufgaben als Filialleitung (m/w/d):

  • Alle Aufgaben einer Verkäufer/in und stellvertretenden Filialleitung (siehe oben)
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Abläufe in der Filiale
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams vor Ort
  • Dienstplanerstellung, Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Kontrolle der Warenbestände sowie täglicher Abläufe
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstandards im Verkauf und Kundenservice

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau A2 oder höher
  • Freundliches, kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäckereifachverkäufer/in ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht, auch am Wochenende)
  • Für stellvertretende Filialleitung und Filialleitung: Erfahrung in leitender Position oder Führungspersönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent
