Seit über 100 Jahren widmet sich die vierte Sipl-Generation immer noch mit Hingabe dem Backhandwerk. In der neu umgebauten Panorama-Backstube entstehen die feinen Brote, Semmeln und Brezen, die Torten und Kuchen. Alles, was für unserer 57 Filialen nach traditioneller Art hergestellt wird, erschaffen fleißige Hände.

Bäcker und Konditoren finden bei Sipl ein berufliches Schlaraffenland. Das freundliche und fachkundige Verkaufsteam in den Filialen beantwortet alle Fragen. Über 700 Mitarbeitern in Backstube, Verkauf und Verwaltung bietet die Bäckerei Sipl einen zukunftsorientierten und krisensicheren Arbeitsplatz, bei dem Kreativität und Engagement sowie Weiterbildung gefördert wird. Deine Aufgaben als Verkäufer (m/w/d)

  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung: Freundliche und kompetente Beratung der Kunden zu den Produkten.
  • Verkauf und Kassieren: Aufnahme von Bestellungen, Verkauf von Backwaren und Kassieren der Einkäufe.
  • Warenpräsentation: Ansprechende Präsentation und Auffüllen der Auslage mit frischen Backwaren.
  • Sauberkeit und Hygiene: Einhaltung von Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards im Verkaufsbereich.
  • Bestandsmanagement: Überwachung des Warenbestands und rechtzeitige Nachbestellung von Produkten.
  • Deutschkenntnisse: Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau A2
  • Freundliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bäckereifachverkäufer (m/w/d) - ist wünschenswert aber kein Muss!
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
  • Sehr gute Serviceorientierung und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Deine Dienstleistungsmentalität ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Hygiene-Standards einzuhalten und zu kontrollieren ist für Dich genauso wichtig wie für uns
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Belastbarkeit, auch wenn es mal stressig wird
  • Flexibilität in der Schichteinteilung
