As a Senior Associate Consultant, you’ll move from owning analyses to owning outcomes: leading a workstream, cracking tough business problems, and helping clients put their plans into practice. What you’ll do Lead your workstream’s answer and process, developing hypotheses and focusing on what matters most Build and test sophisticated models to quantify cost behavior and time-based competition, and to simulate the impact of strategic advice Analyze market and financial data, including balance sheet, cash flow and portfolio analysis, and develop forecasts and experience curves Work with client teams so new systems run smoothly, and review whether they work as designed Present insights clearly to case leaders and client stakeholders Coach and mentor new team members, and help build an inclusive, supportive team culture

Your work could span: cost reduction, customer retention, process re-engineering, organizational design, market identification, branding, quality management, and M&A or divestitures. You might be a fit if you Take ownership and deliver quality work with limited guidance Combine strong analytical and quantitative skills with sound business judgment Communicate with clarity, whether in a slide, an email or a client meeting Enjoy working in collaborative, diverse teams Hold yourself to high standards of integrity, and care about teammates’ success as much as your own
