Nous recherchons un/une chef/cheffe exécutif/ve de cuisine pour une mission temporaire, afin d'assurer la continuité de l'encadrement de notre équipe de cuisine. La durée de la mission sera définie en fonction des besoins de l'établissement. \\Chef exécutif (H/F/D) 100%\\ \\Votre profil :\\ •Titulaire d'un Brevet fédéral de chef(fe) cuisinier(ère) •Expérience pratique avérée en tant que Chef exécutif de minimum 4 ans •Excellente expérience en gestion de cuisine •Capacité à déléguer des tâches multiples •Excellentes aptitudes en communication et gestion du temps •Connaissance professionnelle de différents logiciels (MS Office, Mirus) •Esprit d'équipe •Créatif et passionné pour la gastronomie \\Votre mission :\\ •Diriger et superviser l'ensemble du département cuisine •Prévoir et diriger la préparation des mets et les activités culinaires (400 à 600 repas / jour) •Concevoir et élaborer des menus innovants •Responsable de la gestion de l'équipe cuisine (20 employés) •Planifier l'achat des denrées alimentaires et contact régulier avec les fournisseurs •Estimer les coûts des aliments et les besoins en personnel •Assurer la qualité et respecter les réglementations en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité •Recrutement du personnel de cuisine •Maîtriser le budget, les plannings et contrôler les heures du personnel •Motiver votre équipe, fixer des objectifs aux collaborateurs et les mesurer •Contribuer à favoriser un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif \\Nous offrons :\\ •Emploi stable et varié •Les avantages d'une grande entreprise •Formations continue sur de nouveaux produits \\Entrée en fonction\\ : de suite ou à convenir Vous êtes intéressé\\-e ?
