主要职责 · 执行公司的销售战略计划，支持 BakeMark USA保持在全美烘焙行业的领先地位。 · 发掘、开发并获取客户订单，全面满足客户的采购需求。 · 维护和拓展现有客户关系，同时积极开发新的商机。 · 在指定区域内开展销售工作（约 90%-100% 时间需要拜访客户，偶尔会有隔夜出差）。 · 提供卓越的客户服务，与客户及供应商建立长期稳固的合作关系。 · 使用公司的系统和工具管理客户账户、跟踪销售活动并完成相关报告工作。 · 完成公司安排的其他相关工作。 任职要求 · 具有外勤销售、客户定期拜访或路线销售（Route Sales）经验者优先 。 · 具备烘焙行业相关经验者尤佳。 · 具备优秀的沟通能力及客户关系管理能力。 · 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件。 · 持有有效驾驶执照，并具备有效的汽车保险。

薪资与福利 · 起薪不低于 65,000 美元/年。 · 销售薪酬将在入职后约 6 个月内逐步转为纯佣金（100% Commission）模式。 · 享有七天节假日及带薪休假（PTO）福利。 · 销售业务里程报销（Mileage Reimbursement）。
