Description:• Superviser et assurer la revue technique des déclarations d'impôt sur le revenu des personnes physiques pour une clientèle aux profils variés (salariés, indépendants, dirigeants, investisseurs, expatriés, etc.), en garantissant la qualité des travaux et le respect des échéances fiscales• Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients, en assurant un accompagnement fiscal personnalisé, proactif et adapté à leurs besoins• Animer les réunions fiscales avec les clients, en identifiant les problématiques fiscales, en proposant des solutions appropriées et en apportant des conseils à forte valeur ajoutée• Superviser la réalisation d'analyses et de simulations fiscales afin d'identifier les solutions les plus adaptées à la situation des clients• Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences les collaborateurs, en assurant la répartition des travaux, le suivi des missions, la revue des livrables et le partage des connaissances techniques.• Assurer et contribuer activement aux missions suivantes :- Accompagnement fiscal des expatriés - Coordination et collaboration avec les bureaux Baker Tilly à l'international dans le cadre de dossiers transfrontaliers - Animation de formations techniques, tant en interne qu'auprès des clients- Participer au développement de l'activité, notamment en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de conseil, en contribuant à la préparation de propositions commerciales et en renforçant les relations avec les clients existants- Assurer une veille fiscale régulière et veiller à la bonne application des évolutions législatives et réglementaires dans les missions confiéesProfil:• Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 minimum en comptabilité, fiscalité, droit ou dans un domaine équivalent• Certificat Cycle A en fiscalité luxembourgeoise des personnes physiques requis ; toute formation ou certification complémentaire en fiscalité constitue un atout• Expérience professionnelle confirmée d'au moins 7 à 10 ans en fiscalité des personnes physiques, acquise au sein d'une fiduciaire, d'un cabinet de conseil, d'un Big 4 ou d'une structure équivalente, idéalement avec une première expérience en supervision d'équipe• Solide expertise technique en fiscalité luxembourgeoise des personnes physiques, avec une solide maîtrise des problématiques fiscales internationales et des problématiques fiscales patrimoniales• Capacité à encadrer, accompagner et faire évoluer une équipe, avec un véritable sens du leadership, de la pédagogie et du partage des connaissances• Excellent relationnel avec les clients• Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et sens de l'organisation, associés à une approche proactive et orientée solutions• Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens du service client, flexibilité et esprit d'équipe• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; la connaissance de l'allemand constitue un atout
