Als (Senior) Manager International VAT Advisory ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor internationaal opererende klanten met complexe btw-vraagstukken. Je adviseert over grensoverschrijdende transacties, internationale structuren en strategische btw-vraagstukken en werkt daarbij intensief samen met specialisten binnen het internationale Baker Tilly-netwerk.

Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan inhoudelijk adviseren. Je bouwt actief mee aan de verdere groei en positionering van onze internationale btw-praktijk. Je signaleert commerciële kansen, ontwikkelt klantrelaties, brengt nieuwe opdrachten binnen en bouwt mee aan een sterk internationaal netwerk. Daarnaast is Tax technology, waaronder AI-toepassingen, een belangrijke speerpunt in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze praktijk. We verwachten dat je nieuwsgierig bent hoe we dit kunnen inzetten in de btw-praktijk én dat je meedenkt over slimme verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Juist daarom krijg je veel ruimte om invloed uit te oefenen op de koers van de praktijk en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe initiatieven alsmede proposities.

Je krijgt daarnaast energie van het bouwen aan een sterk team. Je coacht collega’s, helpt hen hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen en daagt ze uit om samen het volgende niveau te bereiken. Daarbij draait een succesvol team voor jou om meer dan prestaties alleen. Je investeert in verbinding, creëert synergie en vindt een goede sfeer minstens zo belangrijk. Met oprechte aandacht én de nodige humor zorg je ervoor dat mensen graag met én voor elkaar werken.

Je werkt in een hecht en ambitieus btw-team van circa 20 collega’s, nationaal en internationaal. Het team is ondernemend, groeit snel en zet actief in op uitbreiding van onze praktijk.Iedere maandag zijn we op kantoor Utrecht voor samenwerking, kennisdeling, vaktechnisch overleg én een gezamenlijke lunch. Daarnaast organiseren we ook regelmatig leuke teamactiviteiten.

  • Je hebt een WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie afgerond. Het accent op Indirecte Belastingen is een pré.
  • Je hebt de NOB of RB opleiding afgerond.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de indirecte fiscale praktijk.
