Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos profesional con experiencia en dirección hotelera para liderar la operación de un grupo de propiedades, reportando a la Gerencia General. La posición tiene como fin asegurar que todos los hoteles operen bajo una misma línea de servicio y estándar de marca, impulsar el crecimiento del portafolio y la apertura de nuevas propiedades, y garantizar la rentabilidad de cada unidad sin sacrificar la experiencia del huésped.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Dirigir la operación de las propiedades del grupo, asegurando que todas mantengan la misma línea operativa, de servicio y de marca.
  • Liderar la estrategia de crecimiento del portafolio, incluyendo la evaluación de nuevas propiedades, aperturas y proyectos de expansión.
  • Definir y dar seguimiento a los indicadores de cada hotel: ocupación, tarifa promedio, RevPAR, satisfacción del huésped y rentabilidad.
  • Supervisar y desarrollar a los gerentes generales de cada propiedad, asegurando consistencia en la ejecución.
  • Establecer los estándares operativos, de servicio y de control que se replican en todas las unidades.
  • Representar al grupo ante socios comerciales, proveedores estratégicos y autoridades del sector.

Requisitos

  • Bachillerato o licenciatura en Administración Hotelera, Turismo, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en dirección hotelera, con al menos 3 dirigiendo múltiples propiedades.
  • Experiencia comprobada en apertura y crecimiento de propiedades.
  • Dominio de indicadores de desempeño hotelero y herramientas de gestión.
  • Inglés avanzado.
