Bakkerij Aernoudt staat al jaren garant voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap. Van versgebakken brood tot ambachtelijke patisserie en heerlijk belegde broodjes – onze passie proef je in alles wat we doen. Iedereen bij ons in het bedrijf draagt bij tot waarvoor Aernoudt vandaag staat!

Vanwege de groei in onze productie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven teamleader om ons team in de bakkerij te Ruddervoorde te begeleiden.

Wat verwachten we van je?

  • Je coördineert de vooropgestelde taken binnen jouw team en zorgt ervoor dat onze dagverse producten tijdig klaarstaan voor onze chauffeurs.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak van de planning en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging hiervan.
  • Je communiceert op een vlotte en heldere manier met jouw collega’s, de teamleaders van ons atelier in Gentbrugge en de ondersteunende afdelingen (HR, support).
  • Je kan snel en resultaatsgericht problemen oplossen.
  • Indien nodig spring je zelf bij om de leveringen tijdig, correct en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent een échte coach. Je leidt (nieuwe) medewerkers op en begeleidt het volledige team van bakkers.
  • Je bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van het lekkerste brood in onze winkels.

Wie ben jij?

  • Stressbestendig, ordelijk en vlot in de omgang zijn slechts enkele van je kwaliteiten.
  • Je bent een nachtraaf. Starten om 19.00 uur? Laat maar komen! Ook weekendwerk schrikt je niet af.
  • Orde en netheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet van aanpakken.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

  • Je gaat aan de slag in een groeiende onderneming die bekendstaat voor het knapperigste brood en de lekkerste taartjes, maar vooral voor het vakmanschap en de passie achter die producten.
  • Je geniet van een correcte verloning.
