Bij Bakkersteam Services willen we iedere dag een beetje beter worden. Krijg jij er energie van om hier een rol in te spelen en bezig te zijn met het laten functioneren van verschillende applicaties? In de rol van applicatiespecialist adviseer en ondersteun je de gebruikers zodat de applicaties op de beste manier gebruikt worden. Al onze applicaties zijn gefocust om de primaire processen bij onze klanten Borgesius en Goedhart optimaal te ondersteunen. Met onze in-house ontwikkelaars worden IT-oplossingen gebouwd die de bakkerijen kunnen gebruiken om nog efficiënter en effectiever te werken. De Bakkersteam systeembeheerders en helpdeskmedewerkers zorgen voor een stabiele en veilige omgeving waarmee de bakkerijen een ideale performance ervaren tijdens de dagelijkse interactie met de systemen.

Wat ga je doen?

Ons familiebedrijf bestaat uit 19 dagverse bakkerijen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat jij de bedrijfsprocessen goed kan doorgronden, omdat je het eerste aanspreekpunt wordt voor ons ERP systeem. Daarnaast kan jij bedrijfsprocessen omzetten naar een nieuwere en efficiëntere omgeving. Samen met jouw 15 collega's draag jij zorg voor het landelijk implementeren van de applicaties en processen.

Daarnaast ben je als applicatie specialist verantwoordelijk voor de integratie, de nazorg en het continu verbeteren van het ERP systeem.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Bewaken van de operationele en technische werking van de applicaties, denk aan de juistheid en betrouwbaarheid van data en het (laten) oplossen van storingen.
  • Het up to date houden, coördineren en implementeren van verbeteringen, releases en updates in het systeem (applicatie-inrichting indien nodig aanpassen en gewijzigde functionaliteiten testen).
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen en problemen.
  • Je draagt actief kennis over door het geven van trainingen, werkplekbegeleiding en communiceert wijzigingen in processen en meer.
  • Je beheert de functionele en technische documentatie (applicatielandschap en procesbeschrijvingen).
  • Analyseren van vragen en wensen van gebruikers en deze vertalen naar een wijzigingsvoorstel en/of functioneel ontwerp.
  • Onderhouden van de systemen van ons ERP (Unix, Linux CLI, Openedge Database, Openedge 4GL/ABL, IBM AIX, QAD)

Wie zoeken we?

In verband met de hectiek in deze uitdagende functie, zijn een gezonde stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit belangrijk. Je bent zelfstandig, je neemt initiatief en gaat proactief te werk. Je werkt nauwkeurig en accuraat en houdt overzicht. Tenslotte ben je communicatief sterk en analytisch ingesteld. Verder vragen wij:

  • HBO+ werk en denk niveau richting informatica en/of bedrijfskunde
  • Ervaring met Unix (ksh, awk, perl, scripting) en Linux CLI (bash, awk, perl, scripting)
  • Ervaring met Openedge Database, Openedge 4GL/ABL
  • Ervaring met verschillende verandertrajecten rondom ERP binnen food- en/of productiebedrijven
  • ERP (goede kennis goederen stroom, transacties en finance),
  • Je kan goed luisteren (helper), bent energiek, resultaatgericht, komt afspraken na (presteerder), maakt weloverwogen keuzes, legt verbanden en verzamelt informatie (analyticus) en stimuleert overleg, creëert het wij gevoel en faciliteert samenwerking (teamspeler).
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift (You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written)
