  • Knowledge of laboratory quality systems, ISO 17025, or similar regulated environments is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate analytical issues, OOS, OOT, and non-conforming results.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.

Personal Qualifications:

  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Reliable and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively share findings, issues, and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and support different activities as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
