Supervisor - £27,700 - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium Pan-Asian restaurant brands, serving Chopstix's range of high-quality, freshly prepared stir-fried noodle and rice boxes, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

  • Maintain outstanding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times

  • Act as a role model for Chopstix's values, service standards, and ways of working

What you’ll bring to us:

  • Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
  • Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
