Conduce camiones refrigerados para transportar productos congelados de manera segura y puntual, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de temperatura, seguridad alimentaria y regulaciones de transporte. Responsable de la inspección del vehículo, carga y descarga eficiente, y mantenimiento básico del equipo.

Tareas esenciales

→ Realizar la entrega y recogido de mercancía fría y seca. → Verificar las condiciones del camión diariamente. → Manejo de documentación relacionada. → Excelente servicio al cliente. → Completar las entregas en el tiempo y hora acordada entre BHI y sus clientes. → Operación adecuada de los equipos y sistemas del área. Hay que asegurar que el área de trabajo cumpla con los indicadores de seguridad de la Compañía

Responsabilidades del puesto

→ Despacho de mercancía a clientes por unidad de caja la cual es manejada manualmente. → Despachar la mercancía con la calidad que exige la compañía y por la cantidad correcta. → Realizar recogido de mercancía. → Mantener el equipo de seguridad necesario para cumplir con sus tareas (zapatos de seguridad, gafas de seguridad, guantes, etc.) en óptimas condiciones y notificar al Supervisor de Almacén cuando sea necesario. → Verificar diariamente las condiciones del camión asignado e informar al Supervisor y/o Gerente de Transportación cualquier problema. → Monitorear temperatura de camión y productos. → Registro de entregas en MOBILCAST. → Proveer adiestramiento a nuevos empleados en el área. → Responsable de la operación adecuada del camión. Asegurarse que cumpla con los indicadores de seguridad de la Compañía. → Cumplir con todos los procesos establecidos y participar en la creación de procedimientos nuevos del departamento de transportación, seguridad y el almacén. → Cobro y depósito de COD’S. → Verificación de liqueos a los camiones. → Recogidos de créditos en los clientes. → Echar Diésel a los camiones. → Mantener los camiones limpios. → Registrar “GEOCODES” en MOBILCAST → Uso del uniforme en todo momento cual se encuentra laborando. → Debe de mantener su ID provisto por la compañía en un área visible en todo momento.

→ Proceso de cuadre de rutas, entregas de documentación, descarga de mercancía y paletas (vacías) → De ser necesario, reacomodar la carga
